Eh. As once a hardcore South Park fan, South Park is just background noise now. I don't enjoy it nor feels worth watching outside of the USA.
As the same to Rick and Morty, every episode seems like some epic battle rather than an adventure.

I thought this was how I felt about South Park as well, but after switching off for several years I went back and watched the recent seasons and honestly, they still got it.
